What if I forgot my password?
Go to the “Sign In” page and you can immediately have it resent to you.
How do I set up and register a team?
You need to be signed in to create a team. Go to the race page and you will see a section called "Teams." Above the list of teams is an orange button that says "Create Team." Click this button and fill in the required information. You can only create or join one team per race. To be removed from a team, contact email@example.com.
How do I add new members to a team I created?
You can register for a race as an individual participant or as a team. Once you pay, if you’d like to create a team, first choose a race and click the “Create Team” button. Now, others can join your team. Once they pay/sign in, have them go to the race you chose, and click on the name of the team you created. Click “Join Team” and you can race together. Have fun! You can only create or join one team per race. To be removed from a team, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What’s the difference between a race and an experience?
A race is a one-time event. We expect to offer at least one race per year. You complete the distance on the designated day and enter your time to earn a badge and certificate.
Experiences are designed to be training exercises that will feature various Amway locations and can be completed over the course of several days or weeks. You can enter your time and distance traveled in the experience while learning more about Amway and the featured location. There will be multiple experiences offered each year.
Can I reprint my bib?
To print (or reprint) your race bib, simply visit the race or experience and click the large "Print Race Bib" button. This will generate a PDF document of your bib you can save to your device, or print out at any time.
What does my race entry fee support?
100% of all entry fees go to our non-profit partner CARE that helps us provide Nutrilite Little Bits to malnourished children. An entry fee of $10 USD will provide one child with a month's supply of Nutrilite Little Bits.
Can I contribute more
than $10 USD?
Yes, and thanks for considering an additional donation. You and your teammates can contribute additional amounts by visiting the powerof5.nutrilite.com site. Click the donation window, select the amount you’d like to donate, and you will be transferred to a secure CARE processing site to complete your transaction.
